Al, these swallows are STUNNING! Our taupe gray brick home is apparently very attractive to these beauties as we have tree swallows nesting in our bluebird houses and this year was the second return for a cliff swallow family. We’ve had quite an opportunity to view them and their babies in the sconce like nest made high in the corner of our front porch alcove! You have honored their personalities! The male is quite the guardian and the female is quite the demanding and inquisitive mate!
